These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bat339 ("bat339", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat339 platform, accessible at https://bat339.cam (the "Platform").

bat339 is an English-language online gaming information platform providing guides, news and resources related to online sports betting and casino gaming, primarily targeting users in Pakistan. bat339 does not hold any gaming licence issued by Pakistani authorities, including but not limited to any licence from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform. Users in Pakistan and elsewhere are solely responsible for verifying that accessing the Platform and participating in any gambling activity is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the bat339 website located at https://bat339.cam and all related subdomains, pages and services operated by bat339.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, information and other materials made available on or through the Platform.
• "Operator" means any third-party online gambling or betting service provider described, reviewed or referenced within the Platform's content. bat339 is not an Operator and does not process wagers or financial transactions on behalf of users.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bet, matched deposit offer or similar incentive described in bat339's informational content. Actual bonus availability, terms and eligibility are determined exclusively by the relevant Operator.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age-verification process required by licensed gambling operators prior to processing withdrawals and in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "Applicable Law" means all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidance in force in the jurisdiction(s) in which the User is located or from which the User accesses the Platform.

bat339 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the full features of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction applicable to you.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Applicable Law.

• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

bat339 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a User does not meet or has ceased to meet the eligibility criteria above.

When creating an Account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate, current and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bat339 immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. bat339 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

bat339 may, at its discretion, require Users to complete identity verification procedures (KYC) before accessing certain features of the Platform. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Users must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. bat339 will never request document transmission via unsecured channels such as standard chat applications or unverified email addresses.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must not create or use more than one Account on the Platform.
• You must not create an Account on behalf of another person without their express, informed consent.
• You must not create an Account using false, fictitious or misleading information.
• You must not attempt to access another user's Account through any means.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bat339 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell, sublicence or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or its Content.
• Systematically download or extract Content from the Platform using automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without the prior written consent of bat339.
• Reproduce, republish, frame, mirror or distribute any portion of the Platform or its Content on any other website or medium without express written authorisation.
• Modify or create derivative works based upon the Platform or its Content.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Platform.
• Use the Platform to disseminate unsolicited commercial communications (spam), malware or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature, access control or geo-restriction implemented on the Platform.

bat339 provides informational content regarding online sports betting and casino gaming including cricket betting markets (covering Pakistan Super League / PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral T20 series), football betting, UFC markets, live casino games and slot mechanics. All such content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. bat339 does not accept wagers, process financial transactions or operate as a gambling service in any capacity.

bat339 is an information platform and does not itself process deposits, withdrawals or any financial transactions. Any financial activity described within bat339's content relates to processes operated by third-party Operators. bat339 accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of deposit or withdrawal timelines, processing fees, minimum or maximum transaction limits, or the availability of specific payment methods at any third-party Operator.

Where bat339 provides illustrative PKR-denominated figures — such as "minimum deposit PKR 1,000" or "bonus cap PKR 25,000" — these are examples used for educational and explanatory purposes only. All bonuses offered by Operators are subject to that Operator's specific terms and conditions, which typically include but are not limited to:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirements: The total cumulative bet amount required before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national or international law or regulation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) where applicable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any server hosting the Platform, or any third-party systems linked from the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, data mining tools or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, defamation, or unlawful discrimination against bat339 staff, representatives or other users.
• Transmitting or uploading any malware, virus, trojan, ransomware or any other destructive or disruptive code through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or to circumvent suspension or exclusion measures.
• Reproducing or distributing bat339's Content for commercial purposes without express prior written consent.
• Facilitating or encouraging any person who fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4 to access or use the Platform.

The Platform and its original Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — are and shall remain the exclusive property of bat339 and its licensors. The Platform's Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark and database rights.

The bat339 name, logo and all related marks, trade dress and branding elements are the proprietary marks of bat339. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use bat339's trade marks, service marks, logos or trade names without the prior express written consent of bat339.

You may view, print and download Content from the Platform for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only, provided you do not modify the Content, you retain all copyright and proprietary notices and you do not use the Content in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, bat339 expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

bat339 does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times.
• Any information or Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or reliable.
• Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from the use of the Platform's Content will meet any specific expectation or objective of the User.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, bat339 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bat339 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bat339 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all its Content and communications. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate entertainment activity for many adults, carries inherent financial risks and can become problematic for a minority of participants.

All users must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to engage with gambling services. bat339's platform is an adults-only information resource, and we actively discourage access by minors.

Non-material changes such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions or structural reorganisation of the document that does not alter substantive rights will take effect immediately upon posting without separate notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Operator holds its gaming licence, to the extent applicable to bat339's informational activities.

In the event of a dispute between a User and bat339 relating to the Platform's Content, services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bat339's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at the email address provided in Section 15 below. bat339 will acknowledge any complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, and where the dispute relates to the activities of a third-party Operator, the User should direct their complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution service designated by that Operator's licence jurisdiction. bat339 does not have authority over Operator conduct and cannot act as an intermediary in disputes between Users and Operators.

Nothing in this section shall limit a User's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of habitual residence where Applicable Law grants such right.
